By either Uber, Lyft, or your rental car. The venue is right off I-70 in Golden, Colorado, and is easy to drive to from anywhere in the Denver-Metro area.

Yes, the venue has ample parking for each of the guests

Chapin and Legend are hoping to have an outdoor ceremony, with the reception  and cocktail hour inside with options to access the balcony areas. However if the weather is harsh the ceremony will be moved inside.

March in Colorado tends to be the snowiest month of each year. It is recommended you plan to have layers in order to be comfortable with whatever the weather may be. 

Individuals invited to the wedding will be directly stated on the invitation. In order to keep the wedding intimate with close family and friends, plus-ones will not be permitted unless directly stated in the invitation.

Even though Chapin and Legend adore all of the little ones in their life, a strict thirteen years old and older policy is in place. Unless directly stated on the invitation, no children are invited. 

When RSVPing be sure to list any dietary restrictions to ensure the catering team can accommodate you to the best of their abilities. 

Since the wedding will be in the daytime, the bar will be based on consumption. Due to the wedding being earlier in the day no hard liquor will be served. Outside food & drink is strictly prohibited by the venue.

The ceremony will begin at 11:00am, So please arrive between 10:30am and 10:45am.

The wedding ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. Meaning all phones and electronics should be put away throughout the duration of the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer and videographer who will be capturing the ceremony to ensure not a moment is missed.

The ceremony will start promptly at 11:00am. Doors will open for guests at 10:30am. 

Chapin and Legend have opted to have a Sunday morning ceremony, so out of town guests can attend the wedding without missing work if necessary. Having a morning wedding also allows them to spend more of the day together celebrating the occasion. This is also a small nod to some of the Catholic traditions that Legend was raised with.
